Camera Frustration

It seems that whenever I go to do a book review, or several reviews, I either lose the camera or it breaks. Right now, I cannot find the (broken?) camera. There is another one I can use to shoot photos of these great books but it takes lousy pictures. I'm trying my best to get good light with it. Thanks for your patience. :-(
